SignGo Lite FD uses a flash drive "dongle" to store the installer. To update the installer follow the instructions below carefully.

Note: This update is valid only for the FD version ONLY. The FD version is supplied with a flash drive dongle. If you do not have a valid, licensed flash drive you should not install this update.  

Make a backup copy of your current installer

Simply copy the entire content of your flash drive to backup media for safe keeping. You may delete the old setup files if you wish but DO NOT delete the folder named "program files" or any of its content.

Uninstall SignGo Lite FD

It is necessary to remove your current version before installing the new version.

• From Windows control panel choose Add and remove programs
• Locate SignGo Lite FD and choose Uninstall or Remove
• Follow the on screen instructions

To update SignGo Lite FD

1. Click here to download the update. You will receive a self extracting archive called SGLFDUpdate_V1.17.exe.
2. Run the downloaded file SGLFDUpdate_V1.17.exe. The Winzip self-extractor window appears.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Browse to locate your Flash drive or type the drive letter if you know it, such as E:\.
4. Ensure the option Overwrite files without prompting is enabled.
5. Click Unzip to extract the installer files, then close the WinZip Self-Extractor.
6. To install SignGo FD open your flash drive and run the installer program "SignGoLite_FD_V117_enu".
