sign go says cutting is done but does not cut (Read 479 times)

i have a master plotter ..tiger series  with sign go pro when signgo says that it is cutting the plotter is not doing anything ive changed the serial to usb adaptor still nothing would this be a setting or software issue  or plotter issue

If you changed the USB to serial adaptor the port number will probably have changed. Open the Windows device manager and check which port number Windows assigned to the adaptor, then change SignGo to match.
