Hi, I have been using signgo for years with no problems. I have just upgraded my pc and it no longer has serial port connection in the back. I am using a gcc jaguar 4 plotter. The plotter has serial port and usb connections. When I try the usb connection it give me a message of
"unable to read usb" "error code 6"

Thanks for any help you can suggest.

First, you need to ensure you install a compatible GCC USB system driver. If you are using a new version of Windows you will need to download a compatible driver from the GCC web site.

Once the GCC USB system driver is correctly installed you will need to check your Jaguar 4 is configured to "Common USB Mode". The manual should tell you how to do this but if you are stuck I can send instructions by email. Let me know if required.

thanks for coming back to me. Its windows 1o that is running the programme. When we download the drivers it comes back with

files size expected 545117, size returned 551728. We are contacting gcc now as this is probably their error
